The hotel is located at the city centre and is near the Sunday market. Good value for money.

the staff are friendly and always of service to the guests.
the only thing i did not like in this hotel is the water shortage... i was in the middle of my shower when the water stops.. my body was full of soap and so i had to continue rinsing with my bottled water. funny experience anyway.

I like that it is very affordable and is in the heart of the city. Everything you need is just a walk away saves a lot of money and give a lot of time to seeing the city. Great for people who are working on a budget and the people are friendly and helpful....sure will check in here again when i come back :)
The wifi internet in our room was poor. We still had to go down to the reception hall to access internet :( ... not fun

It is strategically located for shopping and easy to get transport, The staff were cordial. The room was clean.
The odour in the room was overwhelming. Perhaps they should air the room and spray freshner. Some hotels (at the same price and less) provided drinking water in the room..I was a bit disappointed there was none here.

This hotel is a bit rundown, with some smoking locals in the lobby, but it's not too bad. I like the fact that they clean your room every day. The laundry service is reliable, but expect a pretty "neutral smell"....

great location - friendly staff - great price - unlimited tea and coffee - microwave - refrig for general use. internet but too slow to be practical.
first night had small room without window - but they found room w/ window for us for the rest of the time.
